Directions

Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions.

Roll each pizza dough into a 6 - inch to 8 - inch round, depending on how thin or thick you like pizza crust.

Spread the pizza sauce or tomato sauce evenly over the rounds.

Sprinkle the cheese over the tomato sauce.

Place a pizza stone or a large baking sheet at the bottom rack, and preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

To decorate the pizza:

Pick interesting shaped sun-dried tomatoes, or cut the fresh tomatoes or red bell pepper into spooky eyes and mouth to decorate the pizza.

Place the olive slices on top of the eyes as eyeballs.

Place the green bell pepper strips as eye-browns above the eyes.

Place the artichoke hearts strips above the mouth as mustache.

Or you can use artichoke as eye-browns, and use green bell peppers as mustache.

Being creative and having fun are important :)

Bake for about 12 minutes until the cheese melts, the crust is slightly puffed around the edges, and the toppings are cooked.

Cool for 2 to 3 minutes, cut into wedges.

Serve hot and enjoy.
