Directions

Peel the garlic. Separate into cloves. Next cut cloves into thin slices lengthwise.

Place sliced garlic on a dry pan and toast over low heat for about 5o minutes or until golden brown. Turn garlic slices often so they dry out evenly.

Grind them into powder. You can use a coffee grinder or mortar and pestle. (A mortar and pestle is the traditional tool.)

Pour the garlic powder into a container and store in the freezer. Enjoy.
