Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Cream together first 3 ingredients.

Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.

Add dry ingredients in order.

Stir in zucchini, chocolate chips and nuts (if using).

Pour equally into two greased loaf pans.

Bake for one hour and the edges are dark and theirs a split down the middle.
