This low fat banana bread turns out very moist with huge banana flavor. Studded with chocolate chips and walnuts makes it a special favorite.

355 ml all-purpose flour

59 ml butter, unsalted

118 ml walnuts

118 ml chocolate chips

Directions

Mash bananas by hand or with mixer until fairly smooth.

Add all other ingredients in order, mixing as you go.

At the end add melted butter or canola oil.

Pour into 1 greased and floured loaf pan or 2 small loaf pans.

Bake at 325℉ (160℃). for 50 to 60 minutes.

Cool 10 minutes and turn out onto a rack to cool completely.

how much canola oil?

For a less saturated fat banana bread, you can substitute the butter to canola oil, and I just updated the recipe, now it is very clear, enjoy!
