Directions

For the seasoning, we used like to use poultry seasoning (1½ tsp)

Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃) or air-fryer to 375℉ (190℃).

Cut each half breast into 1½ inch cubes.

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt, and spices, and place in a large zip-lock bag.

Melt the butter, dip the chicken cubes into the butter, then into the bag to coat with crumbs.

Arrange the cubes on an aluminum foil-lined cookie sheet in a single layer.

Bake or air fry for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
