Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms, garlic, and prosciutto. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add peas, cream, and cheese. Cook until sauce thickens slightly (when you add the Tortellini the sauce will thicken further and absorb into the pasta).

  2. Meanwhile, cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain. Add tortellini to the sauce. Toss until well coated.

  3. Sprinkle with parsley, shaves of Parmesan cheese, fresh ground black pepper and serve immediately.
