Magic Peanut Butter Middles

Delicious! I find that it's easier to form the cookies if you make the filling first, refrigerate it, roll it into the 1" balls, then refrigerate again. I flatten the chocolate cookie part into disks and envelope the filling balls inside, rolling again. Very easy to make.

177 ml peanut butter

Directions

In small bowl combine flour, cocoa and baking soda.

In large bowl beat sugar, brown sugar, margarine and ¼ cup peanut butter until light and fluffy.

Add v anilla and egg.

Beat well. Stir in flour mixture and set aside.

In small bowl combine filling ingredients.

Roll filling into 30 (1 inch) balls.

Shape about 1 tablespoon cookie dough around each peanut butter ball.

Covering completely.

Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

If desired flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.

Bake at 375℉ (190℃) F for 7 to 9 minutes or until set.

Do not overbake.
