Directions

Cream the cheese until light and fluffy; gradually add sugar, beating well.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add banana; mix well.

Stir in quick bread mix and pecans if using.

Spoon batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) F for 55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool completely in pan.

good bread, but just couldn't think of putting cheese into it.I left it out.
