Broccoli Bacon Quiche (Crustless)

Rich yet light in texture the broccoli, swiss and bacon are a great combination. Was very easy to downsize into one serving and bake in an individual baking dish. Very easy prep.

473 ml broccoli florets

0.6 ml garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Cook bacon until crisp; set aside.

Beat eggs with cream and cheese.

Stir in broccoli, salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper.

Crumble bacon.

Stir ½ of bacon into egg mixture.

Pour mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) F for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway bet ween center and edge comes out clean.

Top with remaining bacon.
