Fresh and local peaches finally hit the market, we got some last week, and this is the first cake that I made with those yummy peaches. I used most whole wheat flour, 1/3 butter, 1/3 olive oil and 1/3 applesauce, which made this coffee cake super moist and delicious.
A few small twists make a much healthier but still decadent chocolate pudding cake. Wole wheat flour adds some fibre, using half butter and half olive oil cuts down the amount of saturated fat without losing the buttery flavor and moist texture. Spoon the warm and rich chocolate sauce over the pudding cake before serving.

Made this cherry crumb coffee cake with whole wheat flour and homemade cherry pie filling, it came out moist and very tasty. Not too sweet, and just the right balance. Great with a cup of coffee or tea.

This recipe was so easy to make, and it was scrumptious. The ricotta and mozzarella combination was excellent, cherry tomatoes were added into canned tomato, which gave the tomato sauce extra tasty sweetness. It was absolutely delicious!
