Creamy and tasty. Made the guacamole and salsa for dinner last night. Instead of fresh garlic, I toasted the whole garlic cloves with skin on in a hot skillet over medium heat for about 8 minutes until softened and blackened in spots, then peeled the skin, popped into the avocado, and mashed them with a fork. Great flavour. Served it with Costco Kirkland organic tortilla chips and homemade fresh salsa. Delicious yet nutritious!
