Wow, these mushroom phyllo tartlets were so so so delicious. Sauteed onions and mushrooms were packed with yummy flavor; the mixture of the eggs, sour cream, cheese, fresh and picked jalapenos with juice and hot pepper sauce was unbelievably flavorful. Cheesy, creamy, and some zing from jalapeno and hot sauce. The phyllo dough made a super crispy and light crust that paired deliciously with the filling. You can use a general savory pie crust, it's still going to super good. Or bake them in muffin tins, you will have some mini yummy crustless quiche.
