This was so easy and good. But being me, I just had to add a little something, like a bit of A1 and Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of garlic powder to the meat mixture (I use these flavorings for my own stuffed cabbage rolls). A good alternative to the tedious job of making real cabbage rolls. The flavor was definitely there. This casserole makes a very hearty cold weather meal when served with mashed spuds.
