A Texas sized make-ahead breakfast casserole to feed a group or large family. Perfect for any Sunday morning. Prepare the night before and simply throw it in the oven the next morning. There are endless possibilities as well, you can use any leftover cooked meat, add green or red sweet peppers and/or Jalapeno peppers for a Tex-mex twist.

If you don't have buttermilk on hand, substitute 2ts vinegar or lemon juice mixed into the milk... or use powdered buttermilk mixed as the directions specify.
