Bought a giant red cabbage a few days ago, then making some slaws or braised cabbage was certainly the way to go. This salad was our side dish along with homemade German Bratwurst, they fit each other deliciously well. We didn't have green cabbage so just used all red cabbage, loved the crunchy texture, and it aslo tasted so refreshing and flavorful. The raisins were great, adding a bit sweetness and sourness to the salad. Instead of dry mustard, I used dijon mustard. A great little salad is perfect to be aside with grilled sausages.
