This simply delicious pasta stir-fry definitely deserves 5 star. It was so easy to make, and came out so tasty. We used a very flavorful canned Italian tomato with basil instead of fresh tomatoes, cooked whole wheat spaghetti instead of linguine, that's all we had on hand. I also sliced up a small carrot that was cooked with zucchini. A great addition. I squeezed a bit lemon juice and grated some fresh lemon zest to give it a zing, which actually worked beautifully. Certainly well satisfied our palate and tummy at the same time. A yummy and healthy way to enjoy a stir-fry pasta.
