Tasty vegetable and lentil base topped with mashed potato. Lovely healthy comfort food for a winter night :D

This is a nice change of pace for green beans, with an interesting, complex flavor. I steamed the beans instead of boiling to retain more of the nutrients. Lightly toasting the almonds boosted the nutty flavor.

This Cheddar and Beer Pull-Apart bread only lasted half day in our house. The bread was absolutely delicious. Cheddar cheese, beer, hot red pepper sauce, horseradish sauce, dijon and whole grain mustard made the bread heavenly flavorful and amazingly tasty. There were so many layers of yumminess. After the second rising, the bread was just oozing out of the loaf pan, it looked amazing. After baking, It's fluffy in the inside, golden and brown on the outside. It's an absolute winner, strongly recommend it to everyone who loves a good loaf of home-baked bread.
