Excellent. We had some leftover bread that had gone stale and needed to use up the remains of a bag of spinach. This recipe fit out needs perfectly. Nice and cheesy, perfect change of pace from a sweet bread pudding. Seemed very flexible so it would be possible to add in other leftover veggies if needed.
