If you are looking for something light, tasty and full of goodness, I will recommend this recipe. Made it for dinner yesterday, and I absolutely loved it. Cumin and coriander, these two classic Indian spices really enhanced the flavor of the stew. Sweet potato, chickpeas, black beans and spinach were excellent additions that went deliciously well with all the spices and seasonings. Sauteed and browned onions and mushrooms gave the extra caramelized taste and meaty texture, which was absolutely yummy. We made some naan bread to serve with it, a cozy, nutritious yet delicious meal.
