These bars are great with coffee, as a snack, or included in a lunch box. So quick and easy---delicious!

A wholesome snack for children...

Super chocolaty, super delicious and super energized. These yummy squares are made of chocolate, cocoa powder, prunes, nuts... Lots of goodness. They are great snack to boost up your energy.

Sometimes I also add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for a little more kick.
