Definitely deserves 5 star. This was our dinner yesterday, I only made half of the recipe, so I actually roasted the cauliflower and garlic in the small toaster oven. It did take a bit longer, but the result was great. I also added some freshly grated lemon zest, very good.

This time instead of preparing each vegetable separately, I cooked the similar texture vegetables together, which saved time and still tasted delicious. I mixed the seasoned vegetables with soba noodles and of course always have some kimchee as a side, that's a must in Korean food.
Very, very good. I used 1/2 semi sweet and 1/2 bittersweet - more of a sophisticated flavor. It was yummy. Stick to the milk chocolate or semi-sweet for the kids though. Besides a variety of fruit, I bought those little creme puffs in the freezer section - they were delicious dipped in the chocolate!
