Meat cookie recipes

You could adapt this recipe for any holiday. For Halloween I suggest using orange jello, and use pumpkin shaped cookie cutters. The little ones really like this recipe.

In India, meat that has been marinated in a mixture of yogurt and spices is roasted in a giant urn-shaped clay oven called a tandoor. Use this marinade with poultry, lamb or seafood.

This is very good served with roast duck or pork.
