Definitely deserves 5 star. This was our dinner yesterday, I only made half of the recipe, so I actually roasted the cauliflower and garlic in the small toaster oven. It did take a bit longer, but the result was great. I also added some freshly grated lemon zest, very good.
Pan-roasting prevents the broccoli from becoming limp. A quick rich, cheesy (Swiss, Cheddar or Gruyere) pan sauce captures the caramelized bits of flavor. Bring them together and everyone loves their broccoli!
Side ribs are cheaper than back ribs - there is lots of bone, but you can still get nice portions of meat.
Once you put the Yaki Sauce on these wings, you'll never use another sauce!
Pan-roasted sweet corn and avocado salsa. Works well with any type of seafood or on a fish taco.
Didn't make the whole chicken, instead cooked one chicken breast with skin and bone. Followed the recipe exactly, and roasted the chicken in the oven until the temperature of the breast was 165 F, which took me about 10 minutes. Then let the cooked chicken breast stand for about 10 minutes, this way made a succulent chicken breast. Served it with some roasted baby carrots tossed with same spices for chicken, delicious!
Wow, the pot roast came out so flavourful and the gravy was also very tasty. We thinly sliced the leftover, used in sandwiches and wraps. Bravo!
What a tasty hummus. If you have never tried to make a hummus with edamame, roasted bell peppers, and peanut butter, you should add this one to your to-try list. Carrot, celery, chips or crackers all go deliciously well with it.
Sweet potatoes topped with sweet caramel onions, creamy hummus and crispy kale chips. It's even vegan and vegetarian but beefy enough to satisfy even the meat lovers.
I make these every year for Christmas and everyone loves them!
This classic potato salad has been a family favorite for generations!
Nothing goes better with a steak than a delicious pasta salad like this tasty recipe.
An easy Sunday supper :)
A delicious way to prepare pasta. Broccoli, carrots and cilantro brighten up the whole dish, and sesame sauce adds the delicious ceaminess and nuttiness, and all the yummy Asian flavor. It's an easy dish that's packed with flavors. Serve it as a side dish or a simply tasty main dish.
My mother's recipe from a page torn out of a cookbook years ago. Great for leftovers.
