This is simply the 'BEST' and most 'UNIQUE SHAPED' samosa I have seen in all my life!These little potli samosas will sure make your guests ooh and aah o'er them. I promise you will love them. This is another one of the Diwali special dishes lined up on my list of things to make this year for Diwali:) This is also something I'd love everyone to try for this coming Cookathon as the theme is appetisers, and this sure is one!

This rich flavoursome dish originates in the fertile Punjab, a state now divided between India and Pakistan. There is nothing more important to a Punjabi man's diet than bread, and meals are accompanied by flat round cornbread rotis or rich, flaky pan-fried paratha layered with ghee (clarified butter). Rice is reserved for special occasions or for rice pudding, for the only food that makes a Punjabi feel he has eaten a proper meal is his bread! You of course, can serve this dish with plain boiled rice.

There are many variety of recipes for pumpkin soup, but this one is special tasting and quick to prepare so that you could enjoy the light music, play Bingo free or Online Bingo or with someone special. It sounds great it even better ! ! ! ! !
