Yesterday I brought these cookies to my husband's friend's bonfire, they disappeared quickly. Everyone loved them. Tahini actually tasted delicious in these cookies! Will be making these sweets again.

Delicious recipe for an all-year round chocolate treat.

Found the original recipe in foodnetwork magazine "The Chocolate" issue. I changed a few things according to my own taste and this decadent chocolate babka only lasted about half day at our counter.

Indulge in the delightful warmth of Irish Ginger snap cookies, with a rich history and a perfect blend of spicy ginger and sweet flavors.

This old classic has been modernized and scaled down. The biscuit dough absorbs the liquid from the warm soft apples. In an 1888 article on apple dumplings it is said that King George III (1738-1820) had been "sadly puzzled" wondering how the apple came to be inside the dumpling.

Cinnamon buns or rolls are always our favorite. Glaze is made with cream cheese, icing sugar and maple syrup, which gives the cinnamon buns creaminess and extra sweetness. Have these delicious buns with a cup of coffee.

Some cocoa powder, a little bit cayenne, cinnamon and nutmeg make these popcorn balls taste uniquely delicious. They are chocolaty with a little bit spicy. The cinnamon sugar gives the warm crunchy coating.

Normally, this cake is made in a bundt or tube pan. Today, I chose to make only half the recipe and bake in four ramekins for approximately 17 minutes. While the glaze was still wet, I sprinkled the little cakes with some multicolored nonpareils to make them a little more festive. Feliz Cinco de Mayo!

The oat scones were buttery, fluffy and delicious, when we spread the apple-pear butter on top, the flavor was just amazing. Sweet, a bit sour and smooth apple-pear butter went deliciously well with these yummy scones.

A delicious and moist blueberry coffee cake. By using most whole wheat flour, some vegetable oil, apple sauce and a small amount of butter makes this cake contain much less fat and more fibre without losing any yumminess.

Fresh or frozen strawberries, both work well here, and the shortbread like crust on top gives the nice crunch with the soaked in strawberry juice. It is full of fresh strawberry flavor, and it is so refreshing and tasty. A great fruity dessert.

Great for apple season and excellent drizzled over apple dumplings.

It was definitely my kind of dessert, it's sweet, but too sweet; vanilla sauce gave some richness, but wasn't overwhelming. The peach-maple filling was so delicious, packed with fresh peach flavor, of course :D and the juicy filling was just oozing out loudly.

Made this cherry crumb coffee cake with whole wheat flour and homemade cherry pie filling, it came out moist and very tasty. Not too sweet, and just the right balance. Great with a cup of coffee or tea.
