Made this dish for supper today, and it was absolutely delicious. Loved this hot peanut sauce so much, it was creamy, slightly sweet, sour and spicy, which made the dish taste amazingly flavorful and tasty.

Definitely a five stars recipe, my husband made it yesterday for lunch. Nutmeg gave the extra zing, and the flavor was absolutely delicious, I couldn't stop eating it. We just finished the leftover for lunch, and it was even better. Strongly recommend this recipe to everyone!

Not bad at all. I added some garlic with the onions, and crumbled cooked bacon too. Overall the texture was kind of liquidy, I prefer mac & cheese that has been baked so it is a little dryer and flavour has absorbed right into the pasta. Next time, I would probably just bake for 20 minutes before broiling. I used thyme as per the ingredients list (the instructions says tarragon).
