Uncle's Favorite Blueberry Muffins recipe

Had some fresh bell peppers, mushrooms, pizza sauce, scallions, and whole wheat tortilla, made up this Mexican Pizza for breakfast. Instead of mozzarella or Mexican cheese, I used Swiss cheese. The pizza came out super tasty and quite filling, and I also topped a pan-fried egg. Yum!

By using mostly whole wheat flour, apple sauce and vegetable oil make these cookies much healthier but still taste delicious.

Adapted this recipe from Foodnetwork magazine, I made a few changes to make it a little healthier but still taste decadently delicious.

The spices used in this recipe give these little meatballs a Moorish influence. A variation of a popular item at tapas bars, these albondigas can be served in a broth or with a sauce for dipping.
