Very tasty. Just enough sauce to carry the creole flavors and meld the different types of protein together. Went a bit overboard by making our own Chorizo and homemade penne pasta. A great Creole recipe from down in New Orleans!
A rich and delicious version of the classic pasta Carbonara loaded with chicken, ham, peas and sun-dried tomatoes in a creamy sauce.
A tantalizing and delicious pasta dish made with succulent chicken breasts, bell peppers and fresh mushrooms.
A meat-less loaf with a quick and fresh tomato sauce. Freezes well, an easy make-ahead favorite packed with chunks of corn, lentils and rice. One of the best vegetarian loafs I've ever tried.
Low-carb spaghetti squash, juicy skinless chicken breast with mushrooms in a flavorful reduction sauce. Seriously yummy way to prepare otherwise boring spaghetti squash.
Marinated artichoke hearts, fresh baby arugula and sweet cherry tomatoes are a delicious combination in a salad, tossed with a light and tasty balsamic vinaigrette, perfectly balanced sweetness and freshness!
Quinoa pancakes sound like an interesting way to cook quinoa, and these small pancakes turned out delicious. The lemon yogurt sauce was creamy, light and refreshing. These yummy quinoa pancakes can be served as an appetizer or a main dish.
I forgot to add the yoghurt and it was still superb. I used sun dried tomato instead of bacon for a vegetarian option. Definitely to be repeated!
We liked it very much. The flavour is strong so make sure you serve it to those who like fish or cut down on the smoked salmon.
If you love shrimp, you will love this dish that is served with a creamy and savory sauce.
So far this is the best eggplant parmesan I have ever had. The mixture of ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan made the dish so cheesy and tasty...
Instead of cooking in the pan, this omelette was baked in the oven. It took no time to make, and very easily scaled down. Sean made a 1-serving sized omelette, baked in a 8-inch skillet, and it turned out great. Tasty and filling!
Definitely a five stars recipe, my husband made it yesterday for lunch. Nutmeg gave the extra zing, and the flavor was absolutely delicious, I couldn't stop eating it. We just finished the leftover for lunch, and it was even better. Strongly recommend this recipe to everyone!
Quite easy to put together, and the dish tasted delicious. Will definitely make it again!
Turned out super crispy, loaded with cheese and bacon and seasoned to perfection.
I loved the mixture of the parmesan and swiss cheeses in this. I didn't realize I was almost out of rice so I ended up using 1.5c cooked rice and 0.5c cooked couscous. That turned out wonderful! I thought this would be more "tomato-y", and I used 1.5 cups of tomatoes, but it was still tasty. Also, I didn't bother to peel or seed the tomatoes.
