A bread machine favorite, easy bread with a classic combination of bacon and cheddar. MMmmm.

Don't let the combination of ingredients scare you off -- the texture created by the feta cheese combined with the smallest hint of cucumber makes this a wonderful bread. This is definitely a bread to accompany a hot meal. It's recommended with char-grilled marinated lamb chops or your favorite lamb kabobs.

Loaf leavened with yeast. Requires a bread machine. Here's one of my favorite breads to make. The trick here is to use stone ground cornmeal, not the powdered/bleached variety. It gives the bread a great flavor, and a really nice coarse texture. The combination of ingredients give it a very different flavor than standard banana/nut or pan-baked corn bread.

Cake and yeast risen bread combined with apples and cream cheese. It's like apple strudel bread on steroids.

It is an interesting way to make pizza, more like Mexican and American combination, and quite tasty.
