Povlova is one of the most popular desserts in Australia. It's made with well whipped egg whites and sugar, baked in the oven under a low temperature. Airy and light, crispy on the outside, marshmallow-like on the inside. It's usually topped with freshly whipped cream and assorted fresh fruits.

A self-saucing cake that's magically fluffy and creates it's own tangy key lime curd. Developed at our summer home in Key Largo with inspiration after watching Junior MasterChef Australia.

A very decadent dessert indeed. The chocolate roulade was packed with chocolate flavor, and the coffee cream was rich, creamy and delicious. You don't need much, only one slice is enough to knock your socks off.
