WOW. This was AMAZING! I got so many compliments on it, and a few people said they liked it better than pumpkin pie. I have to say I might just agree with that. I made it exactly as it said on the recipe, except I omitted the nuts and added a bit extra cinnamon and some pumpkin pie spice to the cake batter.
"Pudding and whipped topping -- the perfect combination for this yummy no-bake, cold and creamy pie."
"Fluffy cream cheese filling sandwiched between two moist pumpkin cookies make these Mini Pumpkin Whoopie Pies the perfect hand-held snack you just won't be able to resist!"
A classic pumpkin pie spike with rum. Dark, rich and delicious.
This is always a hit! I tweaked it by using 1/2 c oil and 3/4 c orange juice and it turned out great. We made these into muffins and put them in gift bags for our out-of-town guests at our wedding and they all loved them. For muffins, we baked at 350 for 25 minutes and it made about 22 muffins per batch.
Absolutely delicious! I love pumpkin but hate making pie crust, so this is a great alternative. Very easy, too. The maple syrup is a nice subtle flavor. The honey glazed walnuts are really a nice touch. Going to be using them in other things, too. I presented this two ways, one still in the ramekin, and one unmolded. Thanks for a great new addition to the fall dessert line-up.
Homemade pumpkin purée. Roasting and draining is the secret to a perfect pumpkin pie filling that will reach canned pumpkin consistency. Use sugar pumpkins instead of big pumpkins.
A classic creamy pumpkin pie that is low in fat, but without sacrificing any of the rich taste and silky texture.
I make this recipe during the holidays. It is moist, and freezes well! I bake them in coffee cans, and wrap them in colored cellophane to give as gifts
Super moist and packed with delicious flavors. These muffins were made with whole wheat flour, but still turned out soft and fluffy.
A yummy alternative to pumpkin pie and I lightened it by using low fat ingredients! Enjoy during the holidays!
First definitely agree with first review, and these muffins turned out fluffy, buttery and moist, and every bite just felt like melting in the mouth. If you are looking for a pumpkin muffin recipe, this is the one, and you will be so pleased by the result.
Substituting corn meal with coconut flour and adding pumpkin and coconut palm sugar is the perfect way to bake a flavorful, hearty alternative to traditional cornbread. This side dish will add even more comfort food to your paleo Thanksgiving meal.
This recipe is awesome! The bread was nice and moist, not dry at all and absolutely delicious! I baked a loaf for our Church Sunday Potluck and everyone loved it, I had none left over and several asked for the recipe! Five Stars from my family, we loved it.
Very moist, and very flavorful (love the spices!). My house smelled so good while this was baking!
