An easy way to make a deliciously creamy and cheesy scalloped potatoes. Using crock pot certainly made the recipe a lot easier and still very tasty. We used homemade cream of mushroom soup (see link below), which made the dish taste even better. Unlike tasteless canned mushroom soup, homemade one has lots of tangy mushroom flavor. If you don't feel like cooking, throw everything into your crock-pot, and you can enjoy this yummy one-pot meal right away when you are back home from work.
