A bread machine coffee cake with honey, vanilla, and an egg-rich dough studded with brown sugar and crunchy walnuts. Warm from the machine, it fills the house with the smell of Sunday morning.
Holiday chocolate chip cookies follow the classic Toll House blueprint: butter, brown sugar, semisweet chips, and a fistful of chopped nuts. Crisp at the edges, soft in the middle, ready in 30 minutes. The cookie tin standard.
Super moist and cheesy bread topped with caramelized shallots or red onions and brushed with basil-olive oil. The aroma from the oven during the baking will fill up your entire house, and this bread will not last long.
Brunch burger: cast iron beef patty seasoned with house blend, stacked with bacon and a runny fried egg. Serve on English muffins, buns, or glazed donuts for the full treatment.
Freshly baked pizza makes the entire house full of great smell, that's why we like making pizza at home. This pizza is topped with fresh pineapple cubes, olives, marinated artichoke hearts, and a few fresh veggies. Homemade pizza sauce makes it taste even better.
The flavor was amazing, the aroma during the cooking filled up our entire house. We used chicken broth instead of beef broth and water, and it made a very tasty base for the soup. A few slices of good bread was all we served with this soup. YUM!
Pretty basic, but delicious. I serve with rice pilaf and homemade cole slaw.
Grilled chicken halves rubbed with House Seasoning and basted in a butter, Worcestershire, and peanut butter sauce brightened with fresh lemon juice. Slow grilled until the leg pulls free, finished with a sticky glaze that caramelizes on the skin.

Pumpkin puree and evaporated milk make this bread moist and delicious. It's made with 100% whole wheat flour, but it doesn't look, feel and taste whole wheat at all. It comes out soft and fluffy in the inside, and golden-brown on the outside. The aroma from the oven during the baking makes your entire house smell like a good bakery.
"A tall, impressive cake that showcases the flavors and smells of the holidays. A three-layer extravaganza with a touch of molasses and shredded apple to keep it moist. It fills the house with a fragrance that beats the most expensive holiday-scented candle. It will be talked about long after the party is over." Source: The Pastry Queen Christmas, by Rebecca Rather
THis one was yummy.I heeded the advice of those who went before and used plenty of salt and also coarse chopped the spinach before cooking and skipped the processing. I didn't have any ricotta or tomato in the house and was dying to try it so I substituted extra firm silken tofu and just skipped the tomato. It was still delicious!
An excellent breakfast bread that's made with whole wheat flour, white flour, oats, pumpkin, walnuts and chocolate chips. The cinnamon sugar is swirled into the bread brushed with melted butter. The aroma will fill up your entire house during the baking, and it gives you great flavor, texture and nutrient. Also it can be a very good gift that your friends or family will love for sure!
Excellent bread. Nice, light texture and good crust. I will add more caraway next time, though, as we really like that flavor. I doubled the recipe to make a large loaf, and it worked fine. I usually just use my machine for the kneading process and than finish the loaf by hand, but let the machine do the whole thing this time, since I was busy all day. Made the house smell great, and was perfect with a steaming bowl of split pea soup! Thanks for this keeper.
Tony's salad dressing: a balsamic-and-white-wine vinaigrette boosted with parmesan, fresh oregano, basil, and a splash of soy sauce. House dressing flavor that beats anything bottled.
