Excellent and easy easy barbeque sauce that was handed down from my Grandmother.

I used fresh minced garlic and added some sliced green onion. I marinated skinless chicken breast cutlets for a few hours and grilled them briefly. Sprinkled with additiona sliced green onions and some toasted sesame seeds.

Thyme gives this marinade a flavor loved in France, but you can substitute oregano for an Italian or Greek accent, or mint or cilantro for a Lebanese touch.
