I have to give this recipe five starts. They were cheesy, moist and packed with flavors. I did add half minced jalapeno, about 1/4 cup finely chopped onions, and used 1 tablespoon sugar. The muffins came out golden-brown on the outside and crumbly-moist in the inside. I froze most of them, have been having them for breakfast, just poped a few in the microwave or in the oven to reheat, and they tasted like freshly baked muffins, heavenly delicious.
