Continuing with the third twice baked potato recipe after two delicious ones we made earlier this month. We love Indian spices, such as cumin, coriander, turmeric... They give food lots of great flavor and aroma. In this recipe, browned onions, ginger, garlic and all the spices were tossed with mashed potato, then stuffed into the shells, yum. We had these delicious potatoes with some creamy yogurt and red hot sauce.
