In order to make a very soft dough as recipe says, I did add more water to the flour, and the dough was very soft and smooth after some good kneading.
Loved the potato-herb filling that's seasoned with cumin, coriander, and red pepper flakes; we also added 1/2 teaspoon roasted chili curry powder to give the flavor another boost.
I halved the recipe, divided the potato-spice filling into 6 equal portion, shaped them into 6 balls, after rolling the doughs into wraps, then just simply placed each ball onto the center of the wrap, super easy.
Lightly frying in pan with a bit oil or butter brushed made the bread nicely golden-brown and crispy.
We had these potato and herb stuffed bread for lunch yesterday along with homemade pineapple chutney and cucumber raita. It was a wholesome and delicious meal, and we absolutely enjoyed it.
