This is a recipe I made for a food styling course from a cookbook. The assignment was to duplicate the look and feel of a recipe from a magazine or cookbook. This is a modified recipe that came from the book Healthy Appetite by Gordon Ramsay.
Instead of pizza sauce, used basil pesto, and the combination of the toppings worked deliciously well together. Cheddar and parmesan really added tons of yummy cheesiness, which was absolutely delicious with the toppings.
Always good for parties.
We didn't have English muffins, so used rosemary-olive oil bread that we bought from Costco instead, and it worked perfectly.
Left over meat from Sunday's roast.
Sauteed button mushrooms and shredded mozzarella cheese are only two ingredients you need in this pizza, and it is so delicious.

Quick-easy to make, and it tastes delicious. This is a dairy-free flatbread, garlic-infused olive oil is brushed over the bread dough and topped with onions, bell peppers, olives and pineapples that are being seasoned.
Onions, bell peppers and plums are arranged over the bread dough or pizza dough that's brushed with garlic olive oil. It's a cheese free flatbread but still so yummy.
This recipe is from a Toronto restaurant called "The Stockyards". There's no reason to settle for a boring average grilled cheese when it's so easy to kick it up a notch and create something very special.
