Millet is the kind of food that I grew up with. My mom used to make millet porridge all the time with other grains together, it's one of my childhood most loved dish. It warms you up and provides you lots of good stuff. Made this recipe a few days ago based on the Asian Millet Recipe, customized into this version, and we absolutely enjoyed it. Very easy to make, and there is no fuss at all. I believe you can also use quinoa or couscous if you don't have millet on hand.
