Made popular back in the 1960's by a bakery in Brooklyn. Chocoholics of all ages love this rich chocolate layer cake that uses a thick pudding instead of icing.
Snickers ice cream made by folding crunchy peanut butter, chocolate pudding mix, and whipped cream into vanilla ice cream. A no-churn freezer dessert that tastes like the candy bar.
Bread machine doughnuts: enriched yeast dough kneaded by your bread maker on dough cycle, shaped into rings or twists, deep-fried golden, then dressed with chocolate, cinnamon sugar, or jelly fillings.
Boston cream pie from scratch: two tender cake-flour layers split by a thick vanilla pastry cream and finished with a glossy chocolate glaze that drips down the sides. The classic Massachusetts dessert, every component homemade.
Old-fashioned vanilla fudge: a heritage recipe with sugar, corn syrup, milk, and butter cooked to soft-ball stage and beaten by hand until stiff. Add cocoa for chocolate fudge or fold in nuts and cherries.
Fudgy sour cream chocolate cake with a molten caramel filling baked right into the middle. Half the batter bakes first, then melted caramels and condensed milk go on top, followed by the rest of the batter. Gooey, layered, and dangerously good.

Check her out at GoVegan.net! :D I swapped out tapioca starch for cornstarch as corn is a very high allergy food, to make this recipe not only Vegan, but also more Allergen FREE. Chocolate is still an allergen, but I can do on occasion, so I hope you can too...

Among them are theobromine and caffeine, which can increase alertness and trigger a pleasurable feeling similar to the natural high after exercise. Another group of compounds, called flavonoids, has been found to benefit heart health. Studies suggest they improve blood flow by relaxing the blood vessels.
