Very easy to prepare and packed with fairly strong Asian style sweet-sour flavor.
Asian flavors ring true in this orange scented Chinese chicken with snow pea pods.
Lots of flavor, and the recipe is easy to follow. My family loves this dish. Will be making it again for sure.
This is a variation of a classic French dish that uses several reductions to build a ton of flavor that matches perfectly with the crispy seasoned tofu. Oyster mushrooms or other mushrooms work well too.
This Tex-Mex chicken spaghetti bake layers pasta in a smoky chili-spiced tomato sauce with melted cheddar, olives, and tender shredded chicken. A crowd-pleasing casserole ready in 2 hours.
Quick, easy and delicious! An ideal supper on a busy week day.
This is one of our favorites. I add more lemon (yes, with the rind!). It's sooo good! Not bitter. I looked online to find it because I misplaced my "Award winning recipes" cookbook in the move. I use vinegar instead of wine (about half the amount) because we don't stock wine.
This recipe was inspired by Julia Child's Mastering the Art of French Cooking Vol. 2. It was developed as a shrimp based filling for a small Vol-au-vent.
Low-fat, super lean pork loin chops, glazed with tangy and sweet honey Dijon sauce and baked until perfect.
So quick and the cream sauce was spectacular. Just a hint of mustard and the fresh herbs really brought it to life. I cut down on the cream and it still made plenty of sauce. Worthy of licking the plate clean, although I used some french bread to sop it up!
A delicious meal. Succulent chicken and browned mushroom sauce are served over a bed of angel hair pasta that's also tossed with mushroom sauce.
So easy to make, and the dish came out super tasty. Instead of green bell pepper, I used sweet red bell peppers, didn't have mint, so used fresh basil leaves instead. Yum.
The blackend chicken breast came out tender, juicy and flavorful, and the cajun sauce was delicious, really bound all the flavors together. It was reasonably quick and easy to make as well, an ideal supper for a busy weekday.
Spanish spiced chicken breast with fresh avocado, orange dressed boston lettuce.
Yum! I added some sliced red bell pepper strips to give the dish more colour. Used fresh broccoli instead of mixed frozen veggies, and added a drizzle of sesame oil and rice vinegar in the end as well as some sesame seeds. Enjoyed the dish with a bowl of rice, so good!
