Classic Cobb salad with chicken, bacon, avocado, egg, and Roquefort dressing. Composed salad with rows of colorful toppings over crisp lettuce, perfect for elegant lunches.
I loved this recipe. I made this for my mom after her surgery and she loved it. I only used 1 box of spinach instead of 2 and I used real bacon and not bacon bits, other than that it was great!
Quick Chinese chicken stir-fry with broccoli, carrots, and celery in a savory soy-ginger sauce. Marinate 30 minutes, cook in 10 for a weeknight dinner that beats takeout.

This is my rendition of a recipe from an old Campbell's Soup cook book.
Tired of cooking chicken the plain old style? How about making it Thai style this time! And with a hint of tamarind added to it, there is no way you can keep yourself from licking the last morsel of it left off the plate. What’s more? It is quick and easy to make and can be prepared in a jiffy whenever you have unannounced guests at home. A classic Thai recipe, this sweet and sour chicken stir fry even though is a meal by itself but when served with fragrant jasmine rice they take the eating experience to a whole new level. Try is right away!
Traditional Chinese Recipe. You can cook this kung pao chicken in many ways, it depends on your own flavour, this sweet juistice should be loved by kids and women!
Tender lemon-rosemary chicken meets an earthy wild mushroom sauce spiked with bourbon, creating layers of savory depth perfect for elegant dinners.
Definitely a five star recipe. I used salami instead of ham, because that was all I had at the moment, and it came out delicious. If you are a big fan of Chinese food and would't mind cooking in your own kitchen, you should give it a go. By the way, chow fan (fun) is how Chinese say fried rice. Happy Cooking :)
Loved it, classic french style, simply prepared with a flavor packed jus. One change I made was to brown the chicken breast in a non-stick pan (and then finish cooking by popping it into the oven) before making the sauce to build extra flavor.
Outstanding, the light herb and cheese enriched batter sealed in the juices and kept the chicken breast cutlets super moist.
I love curry but I like it simple with lots of curry sauce. This is easy and delicious
Used snow peas, mushrooms and red peppers for the veggies, and didn't add any cashews. It still came out delicious.
Satay peanut chicken skewers marinated in peanut butter, soy, lemon, garlic, ginger, and red pepper, then grilled and served with the reserved sauce for dipping. A Southeast Asian classic with a kick.
Cheesy chicken enchiladas filled with chili-spiced chicken, rolled in browned tortillas, smothered in a tomato and kidney bean sauce, and baked under a three-cheese blanket. A hearty Mexican main.
An easy no-fuss curry chicken but without the fat of a traditional curry chicken. Pop this in the slow cooker or crockpot and serve with some rice.
