These were so tasty. I'd make them again and again. I used bread crumbs instead of crackers and a red bell instead of a green bell. I could see trying this with different fruit juice and cheese combos! Make this, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
I used durum wheat flour instead of semolina. Barney unplugged my machine, so I had to finish the second rise, and bake it in the real oven. It turned out great. This bread is not sweet, it has almost a "sour" taste. Holds up nice for sandwiches. I'll make it again.
The herb sauce was delicious and packed with flavour. However I seared the salmon in the hot skillet until nicely done, removed from the pan, then made the sauce with the remaining ingredients. Like crispy salmon rather than poached. Well definitely be making this dish again.
Very good! I live in Canada and my favourite place to go for onion bagels was Tim Horton's, but unfortunately most locations don't make them any more. These are just as good, if not better, because they have a Montreal-style bagel quality about them. I will be making them again!!
This super moist carrot cake was absolutely delicious and much much lower-fat than a regular carrot cake, thanks to applesauce and yogurt instead of butter and cream cheese. I used whole wheat pastry flour to make it even more nutrition dense. I will be making this low-fat carrot cake again for sure.
