We wanted a quick and easy recipe--and this was it. Just as good as any other turkey burger recipe we've tried. I made just 4 big patties, so cooked a few minutes longer than the 3-4 per side it calls for. I kept adding a little more olive oil to the pan to keep them from burning.

Ingredients

453.6 g ground turkey
2.5 ml garlic powder
118 ml bread crumbs
seasoned
1.3 ml dry mustard

79 ml onions
finely chopped
5 ml soy sauce, tamari
5 ml worcestershire sauce

Directions

Mix ingredients and shape into patties.

Cook burgers 3 to 4 minutes per side on a lightly greased or nonstick pan.
