Ingredients

15 each Whole wheat crackers
*
59 ml mayonnaise
15 ml tomato paste
10 ml capers
Crushed with a fork
*
15 slices Parmesan cheese
thinly sliced with a veggie peeler
*
226.8 g deli turkey
*
5 ml italian seasoning
*
5 ml olive oil, extra-virgin
5 ml black peppercorns
coarsely ground
2.5 ml kosher salt

Directions

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, crushed capers, and tomato paste

Spread the mixture over the crackers evenly

Pile the turkey evenly over each cracker and top with a slice of cheese

Drizzle olive oil over the crackers and season with salt, seasonings, and pepper.

Indulge.
