Directions

Assemble into a sandwiches in layers as follows:

You need gather together all these yummy ingredients.
Start layering...

½ the Mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese (if using), slices of pepperoni then top with remaining mozzarella and slice of bread.

Next sprinkle Italian seasoning over cheese.
Then slices of pepperoni.

Butter the bread on the outside.

Finally top with remaining mozzarella cheese,
and slice of bread.

Grill in a pre-heated non-stick skillet for about 4 minutes per side or until crispy and golden brown.

Cut in half and serve with pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
