Quick, easy and super refreshing. The combination in this recipe is excellent, both flavor and texture are absolutely thumb up. Great with many of the main dishes, such as BBQ, grilled fish or any recipe that calls for salsa.

Ingredients

118 ml pineapple
diced in small pieces

118 ml mangos
firm, ripe

118 ml cucumbers
peeled, diced
79 ml sweet red bell peppers
diced
79 ml tomatoes
diced
45 ml scallions, spring or green onions
or chives, finely chopped
45 ml cilantro

2 each limes
juiced
*
1 x hawaiian chili pepper
*
1 x jalapeño pepper
to taste
*
1 x salt
to taste
*

Directions

Cut all ingredients in small diced, mix well, adjust seasoning.

Chill to marinate and marry flavors.

Good with white fish.
