This may sound a bit odd, but as they say, don't knock it till you've tried it! Also a great way to get kids who don't like breakfast to eat.

Directions

20 to 30 minutes before you are going to cook the omelettes, spread peanut butter on the wax paper about ¼ inch thick making 2 to 3 inch patties (1 for each omelette).

Cook the omelette as you normally would, but just before folding, peel the peanut butter from the waxed paper and place in the omelette.
