Directions

Preheat oven to 375℉ (190℃).

In a large mixing bowl, add butter, oil, brown suger, egg, vanilla, and peanut butter.

Mix well. Stir in flours, salt and baking powder until well combined.

Shape chilled dough into 1-inch balls, arrange one inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.

Press ball down to make it flat.

Bake for about 12 minutes.

Remove from oven and press a chocolate kiss in center of each cookie.

Cool on wire racks completely.
