Ingredients

2 quarts water

6 each celery stalks
cut into 2 inch pieces
2 medium onions
peeled, quartered
2 each garlic cloves
½ each lemon
1 x shrimp heads
or lobster heads, fresh

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan or stockpot and bring to rapid boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer slowly 2 to 8 hours depending on strength of flavor desired.

Strain before using.
